Chris is an energy broker for Tullett Prebon in London. After surviving stage 4 non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2012, when he lost 7 stone in body weight and spent a year in hospital fighting the disease, the NOMAN challenge represents a major challenge for him.
Originally from Manchester, Chris has been living in London for 20 years. Married, with 2 year old twins, he is a rarity in that he is a match-going Manchester United fan from Manchester! Although he has run numerous marathons including the Marathon des Sables in 2008, what Chris knows about rowing you could comfortably write on the back of a postage stamp. He is incredibly excited to be rowing this race, which he will be doing in memory of his late mother, Susan, who passed away in 2015 from cancer of unknown origin.
