One way to start the weekend
3 Nov 2014
Sleep? It’s overrated.
Bright and early on Saturday morning, NOMAN ventured to Athlete Lab London to take on an old nemesis.
But this wasn’t just another spin class. Athlete Lab uses real bikes, with groupsets allowing participants to replicate their riding position just as if they were on a roll round Richmond Park, beasting up Box Hill, or even, pacing themselves up the Passo Pordoi in the Italian Dolomites.
The Pordoi featured in the Trois Etapes Giro route for 2014 and will also feature on Stage 2 of the 2015 edition so this was a good opportunity to test one’s mettle against this route in the Dolomites, get some miles in the legs in the close season, in addition to introducing people to the NOMAN campaign.
A great workout to kick-start the weekend.
